Not only do we bring you news of a brand new site, but we can also reveal the brand new album cover too...

Shot by Walter Chin in July, the image shows Carlos, David, Sebastien and Urs in front of a stunning tapestry at the Hotel De Crillion, on the Place de la Concorde in Paris. The Goeblins tapestry reproduces a drawing by 17th century French painter Boucher and is in the Marie Antoinette Room, where she apparently had her music lessons.


As you know, 'The Promise' gets its global release on Monday November 10th except in the USA and Canada where it'll hit the shelves on the 18th November and Japan where it will release on the 26th November. UK fans can order copies here and US fans can order them here (US fans can also order the Deluxe Edition here). Non UK/US fans should keep checking here to find out how you can order your copy. A deluxe edition of the album will also be available in the UK and we'll be bringing you news on that as soon as we get it!

You may have noticed in the press yesterday that Il Divo have just signed a very interesting deal. Live Nation, the world's largest live music company, yesterday announced that it has signed a global touring agreement with Il Divo who will be launching their worldwide tour in February 2009.

We will of course bring you more news on the 2009 tour and the album as soon as we get it.
