David Miller, the only American singer in the international opera group Il Divo, is married!
Miller tied the knot Saturday evening in New York City to singer and theater actress Sarah Joy Kabanuck, his rep Lois Najarian confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.
The two wed in an old townhouse decorated in the spirit of La Bohème, paying tribute to where they first met six years ago while performing opposite each other in Baz Luhrman's Broadway production of the famous Puccini opera.
Miller, in a Giorgio Armani suit, and Kabanuck, in an ivory wedding gown by Michelle Rahn, exchanged vows by two iron rod trees decorated with fig vines, lush flowers and quartz crystals. The bride walked down the aisle to an original music piece written by Miller and performed by a string trio with a harp.
The ceremony area featured iron rod gates inspired by the opera and covered in moss and flowers. The 100 guests sat on park benches and garden chairs with bistro tables while the 20-member choir West Village Chorale performed.
"Sarah Joy and David are an incredibly positive couple," says wedding planner Annie Lee of Daughter of Design. "They're genuine and warm, have a beautiful spirit about them and are truly in love."
Following the ceremony, guests will be treated to dinner stations in three different opera-themed rooms: The Madame Butterfly room featuring sushi from Nobu; the La Traviata room's French fare will include fois gras and salad of haricot verts; and the La Bohème room, where Italian food such as meatballs, sausage and Tuscan-grilled vegetables will be served.
The newlyweds will dance their first dance to "Such Great Heights" by Iron & Wine before enjoying a three-tiered blueberry, vanilla and chocolate cake by Ron Ben-Israel.
As party favors, guests will take home chocolates shaped as penguins. "David loved the idea of penguins mating for life," says Lee, who says two penguins were also hidden in the wedding cake design. "He wanted the notion to be a part of his wedding day."
Il Divo, the operatic pop vocal group created by Simon Cowell, consists of multinational singers Miller (American), Sebastien Izambard (French), Urs Buhler (Swiss) and Carlos Marin (Spanish). The group will be on tour in Asia and Australia later this month.

Il responsabile di Sarah ha confermato esclusivamente a People: Miller si è sposato sabato pomeriggio a New York con la cantante e attrice di teatro Sarah Joy Kabanuck.
I due si sono sposati in una vecchia casa decorata nello spirito de “La Bohème”, rendendo omaggio al loro primo incontro di sei anni fa, durante l'esecuzione, l'uno di fronte all'altra, a Broadway di una produzione di Baz Luhrman della famosa opera di Puccini.
Miller, in un abito di Giorgio Armani, e Kabanuck in un abito da sposa avorio di Michelle Rahn, si sono detti di si tra due aste di ferro decorate con alberi di fico, fiori rigogliosi e cristalli di quarzo. La sposa ha percorso il corridoio con un pezzo di musica originale scritta da Miller ed interpretato da un trio di arpa.
La zona della cerimonia era formata da cancelli di ferro ispirati all’opera, ricoperti di muschio e fiori. I 100 ospiti seduti sulle panchine e sulle sedie del giardino, con tavoli, mentre la Corale West Village cantava.
“Sarah Joy e David sono una coppia incredibilmente positiva” ha detto l’organizzatrice del loro matrimonio Annie Lee di Daughter of Design. “Loro sono genuini e cordiali, hanno un bellissimo entusiasmo ed è vero amore”.
Dopo la cerimonia, gli ospiti saranno intrattenuti a cena in tre stanze con tre differenti temi di opera: la stanza “Madame Butterfly” con sushi di Nobu; la stanza francese “La Traviata” dove si servirà anche fois gras e insalata di fagiolini verdi; e la stanza “La Bohème” dove sarà servito cibo italiano come polpette di carne, salsiccia e verdure alla griglia-toscana.
Gli sposini apriranno le danze con "Such Great Heights" di Iron & Wine, non prima di aver tagliato la torta a tre livelli, mirtilli, vaniglia e cioccolato di Ron Ben-Israel
Come regalino, gli ospiti potranno portare a casa cioccolatini a forma di pinguini. "David ha amato l'idea dell’accoppiamento pinguino e vita", afferma Lee, che dice che due pinguini sono stati anche nascosti nel disegno della torta nuziale. "Voleva che il concetto fosse parte delle sue nozze ".
Il Divo, il gruppo operistico vocale creato da Simon Cowell, consta di cantanti multinazionali Miller (americano), Sebastien Izambard (francese), Urs Buhler (svizzero) e Carlos Marin (spagnolo), Il gruppo sarà in tour in Asia e Australia il prossimo mese.
Che perfetta cornice per Rodolfo e Mimì!!! Il luogo dove si sono giurati il loro amore..

Si capisce abbastanza bene, al massimo le nostre esperte di spagnolo ci daranno una traduzione precisa!
...e poi la torta..la marcia nuziale..wow dev'essere stato un bel matrimonio...cmq saevo che in un modo o nell'altro Dave avrebbe avuto il sushi al suo matrimonio ahah 
!!!
